What is the Divemaster course?
The Divemaster course is a two-week intensive program designed to elevate your diving skills, preparing you to lead and supervise dive groups with confidence. It’s your introduction to the professional world of diving and a gateway to a completely new lifestyle. This course teaches you how to anticipate and address potential issues while leading divers both underwater and at the surface.
You’ll learn to plan dives and emergency protocols for various environments, with all skills practiced in natural diving conditions to give you real-world experience.
As a certified Divemaster, you can:

Guide certified divers

Conduct dive briefings

Supervise certified divers

Lead refresher and skin diver courses

Assist in Discover Scuba Diving courses

Lead dives for Discover Scuba Diving participants
Diver Prerequisites:

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue Diver certifications

Be at least 18 years old
-
Have logged 40 scuba dives
-
Completed EFR Primary and Secondary Care training within the last 24 months
-
Medical clearance for diving from a physician within the past 12 months
Course Completion Requirements:

Pass the knowledge development sections and final exam

Learn to create emergency assistance plans

Master skills from previous courses as well as new practical applications

Complete program workshops and practical assessments

Log a total of 60 dives

Booking Process:
To secure your spot, we require a 20% deposit. We need at least two participants to run the course, and if the minimum is not met 30 days before the start date, a full refund will be issued. Once confirmed, we can assist with accommodation recommendations.
